Transfering schools??????HELPPPP?

Okay so , me and my mom have had lots of problems and its stressful and just i hate my school , i really wanna transfer . my mom wouldnt ever give up guardianship but would let me live with a family friend . my schools in woodbridge and the school i want to go to is in fredricksburg . i was just wondering what could i do . even if i have to lie what do i have to do , i only have 2 years left .please i really need to know
