Is it okay to have sex while girlfriend is on plan b?

Well a few days ago me and my girlfriend had unprotected sex but I did not *** inside her. Just to be safe I had her take Plan B Pill. So we had protected sex while she was on Plan B, will this effect the pill at all? Do i have anything to worry about or is it fine to have sex with it?
