Can i get emancipated and have my aunt and uncle my legal guardians?

Hi i am 15 years old and i want to get away from my parents. I am emotionally and mentally abused by my parents and some physical abuse. I temporarily live with my aunt until the school year is over and i want to finish high school up there. I do not want to live back with my parents because it is not a stable environment. I have been to 3 high schools already an i am only a sophmore. i do not want to go to another. Next year is my most impirtant year and i do not want them to mess me up. I can not let my parents take me back. Would i be able to get emancipated and have my aunt and uncle be my legal guardians? if not how could they get guardianship without my parents consent? please help me!
