My filling came out and now my tooth is falling apart. What should I do until I can see my Dentist?

Like last week, my filling came out. I have no pain and I have been very careful of what I eat. Just a few minutes ago, I discovered that a piece of my tooth fell off. I can't see my dentist until next Wednesday (7/6/11). What can I do to somewhat protect it?
