Need Answers ASAP....RE: Small Child?

I have a 4 year old step son, father is away and unable to be contacted at this time( prior to him leaving we signed Temporary Guardianship Papers and had them notarized). Biological mother who hasn't been involved since 2008 by her own choice ( when child was 11 months), called and demanded to see/pickup child... What do you do.
