Can college students under legal guardianship get free college at a Florida public college?

I am off to college in the fall and am currently under legal guardianship. I live in Florida. My guardians told me that there is a program in Florida that pays for students under legal guardianship to go to college if it is a state public school. Is this true? I could not find anything about it when researching.
