Im 18 and wondering if i am pregnant!?

I had protected sex with my boyfriend a day before my period but now im all paranoid that im pregnant! Every time i turn on the tv its showing 16 and pregnant and everything i keep hearing is about pregnancy. I just picked up a pen that said "mothers are gifts to the world" ive never been so paranoid when we have sex but i dont know why i am now! Someone help me!
