Can they take my son?

i went through the pain of loosing my daughter due to relationship problems getting in the way of our child our child was never harmed or knew of any of our problems..the grandmother now has guardianship of one child and me and the father of the child is having another baby...will i be able to get y baby back or will they take my new baby...
