I live in San Diego California. My adult daughter and her baby boy (1 month old) who both currently lives with?

us (will give complete consent, along with the babies biological father for guardianship so I can provide medical/dental coverage for the baby. It has to be a court ordered guardianship for my company to provide coverage. What is the total fee's/cost and time frame and paperwork involved? Thank you.
