Is Zhaila or Harmony pretty girls names?

I love these names, though if I had to choose I would prefer Harmony. My friend's daughter is named Harmony, she is the cutest little thing! It's such a pretty and feminine name, but Zhlia would also be great if you were looking for something unique and/or different.
