Im 16 and want to sign over legal guardianship?

So im 16 years of age, i live with my mum, dad and two brothers. I am treated like a slave at home, and it is horrible. I have been offered a place to live, a job and to finish school up north, i will not have to pay rent, these people are more like my parents then my own and i love them more than words can explain, and i want to move there, but my dad has threatened me and is telling me i can not move. so i was wondering am i able to sign me over to them and have them as my legal guardians? any information will help! please, im getting desperate, and i find this all very upsetting and need help.
