If you have ADHD does that qualify you for the Guardianship Program under Iowa law?

I have ADHD and my mom wants to file for guardianship. I am preparing a defense and need to know if this will go against me in court. I have looked and looked but can't an answer to this question. Please any info on this is very vital and important.
