If i sign over guardianship of my unborn child to someone and have it notarized can c.p.s. still take the baby?

The only reason CPS would get involved is if the baby was born with drugs in its system or you have had other children taken away. But if you sign over custody to someone else CPS would probably investigate them to make sure they are not one drugs and the home is suitable for a child. If everything looked ok then no they wouldnt take the child away.
