I need to know more about adoption subsidy laws?

if i am adopted and i receive a monthly subsidy ...then when i am older i move out to live with a sister who has had guardianship rights signed over to her is the subsidy suppose to follow me or does the adoptive parent get to keep it without me living there or does it get canceled this is my situation but my sister cant afford to take care of me without help for too much longer yet my adoptive parent will not give her the money and they don't want me moving back in ...im not sure what to do or how to handle this i don't want to include legal stuff but if i have to i will if i have a case at all i just don't know what the law says about these cases...i only moved out of my adoptive parents( who was the dad ...the mom passed away in 04 ) because the economy sucks and hes going to end up losing the property. i need to stay in school which will be hard if he ends up in an r.v. as wanted.
