If I sign temporary guardianship what are my rights?

what are the guidelines for seeing your children if you sign this over? Am I allowed to have contact with them? The courts say I can but he refuses what are the steps I need to take the judge never ordered me to do anything other than get stable housing and pass drug screens and no one has tried top drug test me involving this matter at all and it is almost TO LATE im running out of time and have no one to turn to
