Headache while having sex?

Ok so I am a guy and I am gay(bottom).I've been having protected sex with my boyfriend for a long time.Last month he had to go on a trip and we didn't meet thus we didn't have sex .Yesterday when he came back we had sex and I had a terrible headache as he penetrated me.Worst one I have ever had and because of it we didn't continue .I don't know what happened.Any help?I'm 17 btw.
